The piano arrived last Thursday evening. We are delighted to say that it has had a safe delivery, without a blemish it seems. It looks great and sounds as mellow as we remembered. The removalists remarked that it was rare to have one so well packed and presented.

Just writing to let you know I am extremely pleased with the YU5 piano. It looks and sounds magnificent! In all my 20 years of playing the piano, I don't think I have ever played an upright piano that responds at the keys the way this one does - amazing depth of sound and dynamic range.

Just a quick email to thank you for your help, and for ensuring that everything was efficient and went smoothly with the piano sale and delivery. Piano Moves delivered on Saturday and they did an absolutely seamless job - I was expecting it to be difficult but they were fantastic. I'm so pleased with the piano and feel I definitely made the right choice in terms of the instrument and the retailer.

I am absolutely thrilled with my very special piano. I have never made such an important decision so quickly, but after playing this piano, your unhurried & detailed explanations of the piano workings and listening to you play (which allowed me to appreciate the depth this piano exhibits ), there was only one decision to make. To see how you both loved this piano added to my pleasure and excitement. The piano really makes the large room where it now lives, and the sound is magnificent - the keys on this piano respond in a way I have only imagined. I always love practising, now I won't want to move away. I also must praise your piano movers, who were both knowledgeable and extremely careful, all done with a sense of humour for difficult entrances!
